The Airport Architect Experience:

This is not a quick fix. Just as building a dream home takes time, so does designing your business. Our experience will have an ebb and flow—times of intense, daily, even hourly back-and-forth, and times where you may not need to speak to me for weeks as you live life, run your business, and think through what we are building.

Pricing and Timing Options:

The Airport Architect service is priced at $5000, payable either in full or over 8 months. There is no difference in the fee regardless of which option you choose. The entire experience may extend through a full 12 months. You might arrive at your design quickly, which is fantastic, but I'd still encourage you to sit with some of the ideas we develop over a few months before diving in. You may also continue tweaking and refining elements throughout the 12 months.

You will have the time and space to enjoy this process with me. We will create the timeless infrastructure that provides you with the time and financial freedom to live the life you desire, doing what lights you up now, and also giving you the ability to grow and evolve over time. Just as I have evolved over the past 50 years, with elements of my past still serving me well, you too will build something that evolves with you.

The Airport Architect will not be responsible for constructing your technological or digital assets. My strength and passion lie in designing a robust and flexible infrastructure for your business, ensuring it’s built on a solid foundation. While I have experience in building, my role here is to create the blueprints and plans for your business, guiding you through the principles and core elements needed to support your vision. You will then take these plans to your builders, who will implement and bring these designs to life.

Not Your Designer:

While I appreciate the aesthetics and elements of design, I am not the person to rely on for choosing colors, fonts, images, or other visual aspects of your business. The Airport Architect focuses on creating a strong infrastructure that can adapt and support any design choices you make. You’ll work with designers to add these finishing touches, ensuring the visual elements align with your vision while maintaining the structural integrity I’ve designed.

The Collaborative Process:

Think of the Airport Architect as the strategic planner who ensures all structural elements are in place. For example, you might desire a house with no internal walls. The architect and builder will explain that while this idea is lovely, you need structural elements like beams to support the roof. Similarly, the designer might not understand the structural requirements but, through collaboration with the architect, comes to appreciate the necessity of these elements to achieve your vision.
