How do I remember to say thank you?

• Use your phone
• Use your calendar
• No matter what you choose - just automate it - this is one business task that you want to fix-it-and-forget-it

Who should I say thank you to?

Everyone but that's not always practical and you need practical and consistent.

If you have a membership site on Kajabi, take your members and add them to a recurring thank you schedule. Take your total amount of members divided by 4 and then put 1/4 of them on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th of every month. When new members join, add them to one of the 4 thank you days. This is also a great task to divide up among team members and spend time saying "thank you."

You could also take your top customers based on the dollar amount and set them on a recurring thank you day. We know it's a well-established business principle that we make 80% of our money from 20% of people. Tell those 20 a big thank you!

Maybe you're just starting and don't have dollar amount sales to identify your customers, then take your top customers based on open rates and set them on a recurring thank you day. And honestly anything list size less than 500 and you can personally say thank you to them once a month! 

How should I say thank you?

• Create a thank you gift chart
• Kajabihero levels but your version
• What are the milestones you want to celebrate with your members?
• Budget for thank you gifts. Set aside 10% of each customers amount in a thank you fund. (it's tax-deductible so you are winning on so many fronts!)
• Also never, ever, ever underestimate the power of just hearing thank you from you!
